Summer holidays can seem like a long time off school, but it is a great opportunity for children to continue developing their language and communication skills while at home or on holiday!
We’ve put some Treasure Hunt games together for you to have fun this summer, whether you are at home or if you are on holiday!
Treasure Hunts are great games for children getting out and about with their grown ups, brothers, sisters, cousins, or friends! In our Treasure Hunts, we have used everyday vocabulary and concepts to help your child using their looking, listening, and thinking skills. Their ‘treasure’ might be…, ‘find something that is green’, ‘find something that is cold’, ‘look for a delivery van’.
Why don’t you give it a go and see what you can find in your local area!
